Cricut cards Challenge #90

Here is my entry for this weeks challenge.
I have used A childs year for card. Then used vellum under the snow flakes cutout and used Frosted lace Spickles on the vellum. I used White opal liquid pearls over the holes to look like snow flakes. I heat embossed the snowflakes with a luminous powder then used gold thread to make them look like christmas decoration.

#12 Anything gores

I designed and constructed this plaque for my scrapn space on sunday 21st August 2011.
Then I saw this challenge and thought yes it would be a wonderful item to enter for it.
I love the mix of colours I have used and the gold framing.

I love this picture that I took a year ago and happy that I got an excuse to scrap it.
I love using my Cricut and Gypsy.

Challenge #131 Male birthday card

For this challenge I thought I would use purples.  I think they are strong colours for a male.
I used Doddlebug Paper and Nates ABC for the alphas and my Gypsy.

 Cricut Cardz Challenge #87?
Straight from the heart. A card with hearts but not using pink or red.
This is my first attempt at a Cricuts cards challenge.

I decieded to use shades of purple as it is not a colour that I use very often and it matched some of the background colours on the paper behind the phrases.

This has been my first challenge for the day. 
To create this blog.
I feel I have been successful.
The second was to finish refurbishing an old dining chair.
That is now ticked also.

The next challenge will be to put a pic of the chair on here.
But I forgot to take a before pic of it.  Silly me.
